Refund Policy

30-Day Product Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with parts missing, you're covered 
by our 30-Day Guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. Contact us within 
30 days with photos or a short video of the issue, and we'll arrange a full 
refund or a free replacement — you won't pay for return shipping in this case.
After 30 days from delivery, this guarantee no longer applies.

Change of Mind Returns

Under UK Consumer Contract Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order 
and return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. To qualify, the item 
must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return 
shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in this case. Once we receive 
and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 
business days.

How to Start a Return

for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide the return address for 
your specific order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if 
the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can
